SOMERLAP GARDEN PRODUCTS
An on-going investment programme is providing the latest production equipment to ensure the economic
production of an extensive range of both standard and customised timber garden products.
Stringent quality control procedures are applied at all stages of manufacture and ongoing staff training is an
integral part of the Company's operating philosophy which is directed towards the provision of high quality
products and total customer service.
The protection of the environment is also an important part of our company's philosophy and all timber used in the
manufacture of Somerlap products is carefully selected at source from well managed, renewable woodlands or
forest thinnings.

Sizes shown throughout this website are approximate due to the metric/imperial conversions.
WOOD
Wood is a natural product, a living material. Every piece is different and will have unique features such as knots. As a living material, wood is prone to react to fluctuations of temperature and humidity and this may result in cracks and splits. However, this will not affect the strength and durability of the item in question.

SOMERLAP PALLETS
Somerlap manufacture an extensive range of timber pallets, crates and boxes suitable for both UK use and for Export. Manufacturing takes place from our 5-acre manufacturing site conveniently located 10 minutes from Junction 22 of the M5. In addition to a comprehensive range of standard pallets, modern equipment and manufacturing facilities allows us to produce bespoke, made-to-order pallets. Delivery is by our own vehicle fleet with stock items normally despatched within 3-5 days, however our large stockholding allows a 24-hour, express delivery service in cases of urgent need.
Additionally, Somerlap offer a pallet repair and reconditioning service whereby damaged pallets are returned to
their original state. Where a pallet is damaged beyond repair, our recovery service will collect, then recycle the
degraded material via our chipping machine.
