Groundcover
Somerlap wood chip and bark mulch products are not only an environmentally friendly and economical method of providing ground cover, but they also greatly enhance the appearance of areas in which they are applied. These natural and hygienic materials have no added chemicals and have many domestic and commercial uses.
These include:
applications in agriculture and horticulture where, used as a surface dressing, bark will allow air and water to penetrate to the roots whilst protecting tender plants
sawdust used in animal husbandry as a hygienic bedding and walkway surface - please ask for a quotation.
woodchip used in indoor and open air equestrian arenas and other recreational and sporting areas where their use as a practical and long-lasting surface is well recognised.
children's play areas as an impact absorbent surface. See www.rospa.com/playsafety for further safety information.
Somerlap ground cover products are available for customer collection or may be ordered for delivery by one of our own vehicles as a loose, bulk load.
Woodchips and sawdust are packed in open top sacks.
